Dutch Sugar Cookie
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
- Mix sour cream, brown sugar and vanilla.
- Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Sift flour, baking soda and salt and add to sour cream mixture. Stir until smooth.
- Dough should be soft not sticky. If necessary at more flour.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake 8-10 minutes until light golden brown
